Oud Aura was born where two obsessions meet. On one side, the Emirati devotion to oud: worn daily, gifted generously, remembered forever. On the other, the Japanese pursuit of skin science, where a fragrance has to live in harmony with the body wearing it.

We build each composition with the structure of a fine fragrance, with a top, a heart and a base, then deliver it in an everyday body-spray format your customers reach for daily.

Every scent is an EDP-strength body spray built on natural Arabian oud with our Japanese biome extract (Ficus carica bark). All eight are free from parabens, aluminium, BHT, triclosan, phthalates, silica, propylene glycol, diethanolamine and aluminium chlorohydrate. That is a clean-formulation story your staff can sell with confidence.

Stockists receive tester units, shelf materials and product-training notes for staff, covering the story behind each scent in the words that sell it.

Who we are

The data controller is ITAR Dubai Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, of 969 Romford Road, London E12 5JR. We trade as Oud Aura.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to submit through our trade enquiry form: your business name, contact name, email address, optional phone number, business type, location, and any message you include. We do not publish a contact inbox, and we do not collect personal information any other way on this site.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not profile visitors.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We process your information on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a business enquiry you have initiated and managing a potential or existing trade relationship. We use it to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and send you the trade line sheet, pricing, and Discovery Coffret details.
  • Communicate with you about becoming or remaining a stockist.
  • Keep records of enquiries and orders for our legitimate business, accounting, and legal purposes.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our website host, email provider, and any CRM we use — and where we are required to by law. These providers act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

International transfers

We operate in both the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, so your information may be transferred outside the UK. Where it is, we ensure it remains protected to UK standards using the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) as our safeguard.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to manage our trade relationship. Where we are required to retain records for legal and accounting purposes, we keep them for six years, after which they are deleted.
